Dear Osagie Alonge

Just Few days Back a fan drew my Attention to a spitingArticleyou published through your thenetng Platform which was Targeted at me, for 2 whole days I Contemplated whether or not to reply your trash of an article, Well since we are still in a season of open letters i have decided to respond through this Medium.

I never at any point in my life thought I would be wasting my precious God giving time trying to pass a message to a Failed journalist  like you, for  me you have successfully putting your name above the entire list of failed bloggers/journalists in Nigeria such as stella dimorkokus, Noble Igwe and your entire thenetng crew therefore earning the infamous title “The Embittered Failed journalist”…an epic one for that matter. You have failed as A Journalist and Even While naming top ten Bloggers in Nigeria your Name still wouldn’t Pop Up!

Oga you have been A journalist/blogger for Only God knows when but still you have little or nothing to show for it I probably would have given  thoughts of a Response a befitting burial but for your stupid ”Click Click Click” comment i just had to respond, Like Seriously Oga are you For Real? This Comment Actually had me laughing for hours! This can be Likened to a scenario of ”Back of A Firewood cooking Pot Calling Back Of A firewood kettle Black! Dude have you Ever sat down, took your time and read your own Articles?????? i dont think so!  Oga they are Actually 10times worse than mine, i can proudly boast  about it! your best article wouldnt come close to my worse!

For Example Lets Take YourDavido – The new ‘Skelewu’ video sucks + director Moe Musa is a creative thiefOga Did you even Read This your Cheap Attention Seeking Headline? the most Unprofessional Headline That i have seen in years! what else where you Looking for if Not the “Clicks Clicks Clicks” ? in this stupid Article you even went further to directly call Moe Musa a ”THIEF” (“creative theif” in your own terms) and you Advised LMFAO to file a law suit against him. left to me, i feel Mr Moe Musa should have first Arrested you for False Accusation and Then Filed a Law suit Against you  for Slandering his Image and then Also Arrested your Entire TheNetng crew for Allowing such A crap of an Article to be posted on their Platform!

I Could Go into details and Breakdown how much of a crap this Article really  was But I would prolly keep Writing till i hurt myself so i will keep it as short and as simple as possible:

”Mr LMFAO Should sue Moe Musa” do you Really think They would stand A chance to win the case? Nah bro they would have Actually lost if they had done so, ”Mr Know it All” Do you even do your researches at all? or you just jump on your keyboard and type every random idea that flies into your head?

using common sense i really don’t see what you claim was copied

- Because clearly Davido and his crew didn’t Copy LMFAO’s Dance Moves or did they?

if by Para venture Davido Actually Copied the Shuffle Dance moves which he didn’t, LMFAO would still be unable to sue him  because The Dance itself was copied - The Shuffle Dance was Initially Called The Melbourne Shuffle (also known as Rocking ) it was a rave and club dance that originated in the late 1980s in the underground rave music scene in Melbourne, Australia. so for your info LMFAO are not the Originators of the Dance Moves!

- Secondly LMFAO Copied  or should i use the word Stole The concept of their own Party Rock Video – The video was Actually a parody of the 2002 horror film 28 Days Later

Ok let me break it down for you Legally!  if your said Allegations where to be brought in front of A  court

Firstly, you’ve got to show that the work that is allegedly infringed is been protected by copyright law. Oga Osagie how do you know that their work is Protected by the copy Right Law?

Secondly, Mr Moe Musa has cited his own inspiration as the Original source 28 Days Later

Thirdly Mr Moe Musa Could simply take Refuge Under the Defence of “Fair Usage”

Oga truth be told 90% of Articles You have Ever Written are all CRAP! First try and Remove the Log in your own eyes before you Attempt removing mine… have been blogging for over 4years now it has been Paying my Bills and has completely kept me away from any illegal or fraudulent Activity instead of hating you should be happy for me that my blog has started to depict signs of relevance!
